Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you need a Return Label, please email us at info@therinos-resortwear.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll reply with a return authorisation and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be accepted.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seal intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, fragrance, make-up or sun cream.
Non-returnable items
- Pieces marked as Final Sale, including Archive and limited-edition edits
- Gift cards
- Made-to-order or personalised pieces
- Items bought from a stockist, boutique or pop-up, which should be returned to the place of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, a requested size or colour may no longer be in stock. In that case we’ll issue a refund.
Shipping
If you wish to receive a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
However if you wish to exchange the item originally purchased, we will cover for the cost of return shipping.
